It’s rough here in Hoi An as you can see from the dining and pool areas, however, we’ll have to tough it out.
Judy and 5 others went off very early this morning to a temple in the jungle – Moi An or something like that, however the tour manager said it was heavily bombed during the Vietnam war as the Communist Viet Cong (VC) had a base there. So the majority decided to take it easy and remain at the hotel meeting them for lunch in town. Zoe also said that as most of us will go to Angkor Wat – the temples will be similar but of a more spectacular nature.
I also add a picture of Judy in a Cyclo yesterday, the rickshaw bicycle thing many of us rode in during the bicycle ride, permitting greater freedom for pictures and looking at the scenery.
