April 28th, 2016 – In Limassol, (Greek) Cyprus and visited outlying towns of Lanarka and lefkara. Here are the pictures:-

In Greek Orthodox churches there is a screen of Icons that the congregation sees, but below, through a small opening, one can photograph the high altar which is only accessible to priests.



The Chairs have double armrests, which can be used when sitting or standing

The Hala Sultan Tekke Mosque and final resting place of the mother of the last King of Jordan and the Woman who fell off her donkey and died in this place and for whom the mosque was named.








Above the “font like structure” is actually used for circumcision. Below the toms bot the Grandmother of the current King of Jordan (in white Marble) and the name sake of the Mosque in Green.
