Wednesday, February 26, 2020 – At Sea on route to Puerto Montt
Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent, brought fasting during the day and giving up favorite foods until Easter.
We exited the Chilean Fjords through the Trinidad Channel to the Trinidad Gulf and into the slightly choppy Pacific Ocean. Here, we followed the South American coast all the way up to a Panama, making stops along the way. The first lecture was cancelled as there was a major Life Raft crew exercise.
Lectures included Solar Powered Cars by Robert Wilder and The Devil’s Admiral with Richard Crowley.
The evening performance by Le Cunard troupe was a lively Dance Passion with high energy dance, songs and multiple costume changes.
